Basketball Team

The basketball team has 21 players. We won the local Public School tournament and all our games against the host Public School and many others. As well we won two other friendly games. We started as a small team who thought basketball was about shooting but later we found out it was not just shooting. Every recess we waited for the coaches and then we began our training. We did lots of drills and played games in practices. Day by day we started to see us getting better and better. All these drills paid off. we won all games. This is how the team came about.

    Our Basketball Season starts next week when we go back from holidays. Our teams are playing in a Tuesday night league, which is just up from where I live handily. The teams are preparing to possibly go to the Nationals in September, although this is a long way away in terms of funding and planning. You need to put some pictures up with the post or possibly video a game!
